Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive/Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The Business Development Executive or Lead Generation Executive will play a key role in expanding our client base and promoting our recruitment services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to generate leads and acquire new clients in various sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and key decision-makers for outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and management, to tailor recruitment solutions to meet client needs and preferences.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our recruitment services.
- Negotiate terms of engagement and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and client feedback, to management on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends, with experience in IT, Non-IT, or other relevant domains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.
